The role of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is a critical component in the implementation and configuration of various SuccessFactors modules for large-scale organizations.

This position requires expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and project teams on SuccessFactors best practices, processes, and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Interim and PEP Rules to handle unique business scenarios.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects.
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential option improvements to optimize HR and talent management processes.
