Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve customer experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize support services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear explanations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • A customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
