Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design, develop, and maintain intelligent agent workflows using cutting-edge open-source frameworks. This role involves working closely with our founding team to experiment, prototype, and deploy scalable AI workflows that power real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI agent workflows using leading-edge open-source frameworks.
  • Integrate automation tools like n8n and Make.com for seamless pipeline management and external service connections.
  • Connect agents with APIs, databases, and third-party tools for enhanced functionality.
  • Optimize workflows for speed, reliability, and scalability through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with founders on rapid prototyping and iteration cycles to drive innovation.
  • Document workflows and share best practices with the team to foster knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with advanced AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier) for efficient process management.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and web hooks for effective integration.
  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for agent logic and integrations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automations.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with the team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience with automation platforms or AI development (internships/projects count) for relevant expertise.
  • Experience with Next.js + React for front-end integration to enhance user experience.
  • Familiarity with Firebase and cloud deployment workflows for smooth scaling.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and multi-agent coordination for optimized performance.
  • Previous contributions to open-source AI projects demonstrate commitment to innovation.
