Our team is seeking a talented AI Model Developer to join our ranks.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced developer to work on large language models, fine-tuning and integrating them into enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python and experience with APIs, microservices, and frameworks like Flask, FastAPI or Django.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate large language models into enterprise applications.
  • Implement prompt engineering techniques, embeddings and retrieval augmented generation pipelines.
  • Understand building agentic AI applications using Langgraph and similar technologies.
  • Build and maintain APIs, microservices and front-end/back-end integrations for generative AI applications.
  • Work with vector databases to enable semantic search.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud AI platforms.
  • Optimize model performance, latency and scalability for real-world usage.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to deliver proof-of-concepts and production-ready applications.
  • Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, data privacy and security guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in APIs, microservices and frameworks like Flask, FastAPI or Django.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases.
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps practices for deploying AI models.
  • Experience working with cloud-based AI services.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good to have experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face Transformers.
