Hirextra is revolutionizing the way we recruit talent by leveraging machine learning, NLP, and agent frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product teams to create autonomous systems that automate complex staffing tasks and enhance platform intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and deploying AI agents for resume parsing, dynamic candidate-job matching, predictive analytics, and recruitment workflow automation;
  • Implementing NLP-driven agents to extract, classify, and analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, and communications;
  • Architecting seamless integrations of AI agents into our platform via APIs and microservices;

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven experience in AI agent development (e.g., autonomous systems, RAG architectures, multi-agent workflows);
  • Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face);
  • Platform integration experience: RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines;
