Regulatory Compliance Expert

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of RBI/SEBI/IRDAI guidelines, AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks. You should have experience in designing and implementing effective compliance programs across multiple business lines, as well as assessing and mitigating risks associated with new product launches.

Regulatory Knowledge and Awareness

The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments in India's financial sector and ensure that our organization remains compliant. They will also promote a culture of compliance throughout the company through training and awareness initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline
  • MBA/PGDM or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ICA, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)
  • 10+ years of experience in compliance testing, monitoring, and regulatory risk management in Indian BFSI at a corporate level

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships is also crucial. Proficiency in compliance tools, audit software, and MS Office is a must.
