We're seeking a Process Developer with deep understanding and knowledge of entire US payroll/Time and attendance process for a client.

Responsibilities
  • Daily client interactions, working with onshore team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Review manual processes and define scope for automation/improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and ability to work independently and within the team environment.
  • Communicate and present to external and internal clients as required.
  • Responsible to work with multiple partners.
  • Align with internal controls and policies and pay attention to details.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduation in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Meaningful work experience in payroll process consulting/payroll operations/payroll implementation.
  • Experience on ERPs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good customer service skills and analytical skills.
  • ERP experience.
