Are you an experienced payroll professional with excellent communication skills and hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now?

Join our team and play a key role in managing multi-state payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely employee compensation across the U.S.

About the Role

As a Sr. US Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and final payouts. This role requires a deep understanding of federal and state payroll regulations, with a strong focus on ADP Workforce Now.

Must-Have Skills

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (4 years)

Proven knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly & monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
  • Manage full-cycle payroll, including off-cycle payments & final paychecks
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific termination pay laws
  • Audit payroll reports & resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Collaborate with HR & Finance teams to address payroll-related queries
  • Prepare payroll tax filings and year-end reports (W-2s & 1099s)
  • Support internal & external audits related to payroll

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred)
  • 4+ years of US payroll experience with a focus on ADP Workforce Now
  • Expertise in multi-state payroll processing & compliance
  • Advanced Excel skills and payroll reporting knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
