Product Implementation Manager Role

Drive the successful implementation of our product suite for key customer accounts as a seasoned Product Implementation Manager.

  • Mentor and guide Implementation Consultants to optimize their work.

Key Accountabilities include:

Engagement Strategy
  • Develop strategic plans for each engagement, identifying success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation/configuration of our product suite for each customer account, working collaboratively with business analysts.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into actionable business documents, developing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining required checklists.
  • Manage overall project scope, stakeholder expectations, and customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is an asset.
  • At least 12 years of experience, with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to handle complex situations.
