Job Overview:

The role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP PP QM modules with latest S/4 HANA versions, performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, and providing appropriate system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to meet business requirements
  • Design, customize, configure, and test of PP, QM
  • Provide timely resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests
  • Drive change requests and emergency changes
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as liaison between business functions and technical team
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to junior members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in MRP - MTO & MTS, Production order management and Process order management, Batch management, Quality Management, RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), and FIORI Apps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Agile ways of working, and ability to lead and define strategies for data migration in PP & QM
