Product Merchandiser Role

We are seeking an experienced product merchandiser to lead the development and execution of seasonal assortment strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. They will analyze data to inform product decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues, while supporting sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.
  • Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis, overseeing quality control and adherence to production timelines.
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow.
