**Job Description:**As a Time Tracking Module Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Time Tracking solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless integration with business processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Time Tracking modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Time Tracking certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
