Absence and Time Tracking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday functional consultant with expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
- Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
- Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
- Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
- Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
The successful candidate will be able to configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes. You will also work closely with technical teams including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.
