We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve business targets by acquiring and maintaining new client relationships.
- Maintain graduate-level qualifications in any discipline.
- Identify target areas for prospective business opportunities.
- Screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
- Evaluate the number of transactions and disbursements.
- Enhance customer satisfaction levels by understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products.
- Develop sales promotion activities to increase customer interest in our brand.
- Bid strong relationships with internal and external clients and foster a robust brand identification with potential customers.
- Negotiate vendor partnerships and develop relationships with new vendors.
- Strengthen distribution channels.
- Maintain compliance with audit and RBI regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a bachelor's degree or higher in any field;
- proven experience in customer-facing roles; and
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
