Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct financial analysis to inform business strategy
  2. Communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  3. Develop problem-solving skills to drive results in a dynamic work environment
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  5. Provide commercial insights to influence decision-making
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Areas of Responsibility:A. Performance Delivery:
  1. Support AOP delivery on key performance indicators
  2. Strengthen the Finance Operations and Reporting process
B. Productivity:
  1. Improve process efficiency and reduce timelines
  2. Drive productivity initiatives to unlock savings
  3. Reduce working capital and provisions
C. Net Revenue Management:
  1. Manage trade spend and optimize revenue streams
  2. Develop pre- and post-measurement culture
  3. Engage with commercial teams and understand market trends
D. Business Partnering:
  1. Develop financial analysis to drive business insights
  2. Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance
  3. Bring commercial insight and judgment to decision-making
E. BAU Operations:
  1. Manage credit risk and improve collections
  2. Review debtor estimates and forecasts
  3. Support representation to state government
F. Compliance and Governance:
  1. Ensure compliance with commercial policies and procedures
  2. Identify and track risks through regular reviews
