Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve business processes and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Provide high-quality support to clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through clear and concise reports, presentations, and proposals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP, Dynamics, or other business software applications.
  • Knowledge of VBA programming.
  • Passport and willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
