Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The role involves supporting the delivery of complex transformation programs within our data portfolio.

  • The ideal candidate will work with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that meet our customers' needs.
  • They will perform business change analysis and functional requirements gathering across various stakeholders.
  • Deliver working reconciliation solutions in collaboration with cross-asset IT teams.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts for development teams.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirement development.
  • Create and maintain logical and physical data models according to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities, attributes, and physical tables, definitions, and data types.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), creating high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data-related artifacts.
  • A good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies as an individual contributor.
  • You must be a team player with self-starter approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build rapport and relationships.
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and assist in project delivery.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm.
