About the Role:

Business Intelligence Analysts work closely with cross-functional teams to create, maintain and optimize business models in Anaplan.

Key responsibilities include understanding business requirements and translating them into functional models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design intuitive dashboards and interfaces that provide actionable insights.

Additionally, Business Intelligence Analysts are responsible for maintaining existing models, improving performance and optimizing data management processes.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role, as well as experience working with data integration tools and SQL.

  • Design and Development:
  • Model Design: Design, build and maintain Anaplan models for various functions such as revenue, costs and consolidations.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams and/or clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Anaplan models.
  • Data Integration: Ensure data accuracy and model integrity by monitoring data flows between Anaplan and source systems.
  • UI Design: Create user-friendly dashboards and interfaces to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintenance and Optimization:
    • Model Maintenance: Maintain existing Anaplan models, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate and efficient.
    • Performance Tuning: Continuously improve and optimize models to enhance performance.
    • Documentation: Document model designs, business rules and key processes.
    • Data Management: Partner with data management teams to test and configure data feeds.
    • User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on Anaplan functionalities.
