Project Overview

  • As a project head, you will be responsible for overseeing the optimization process and delegating tasks to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with architects and internal teams to complete optimization projects within given timelines and achieve desired results.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports on architectural, structural, and MEP teams' performance, highlighting cost savings achieved.
  • Plan and execute construction projects, adhering to contractual timeframes, while ensuring timely completion of MEP works.
  • Evaluate various construction methods to determine the most cost-effective plan and schedule.
  • Monitor construction activities and implement and monitor project execution plans to ensure compliance with project budgets.
  • Maintain quality standards at the project site, adhering to ISO norms and client requirements.
  • Gain experience in building projects, applying knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
