Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality video and static ad creatives that capture audience attention.
  • Design and develop interactive experiences in Webflow for various clients.
  • Manage client visual identity projects, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Develop and execute targeted email sequences, tracking analytics to optimize performance.
  • Drive organic growth across multiple platforms through strategic planning and content creation.
  • Write compelling copy for long- and short-form content, researching and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with SEO partners to track search console and optimize landing pages for maximum traffic.
  • Coordinate data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar, documenting efforts in our internal dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Bold creativity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe CC or Figma/Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including CRO, hooks, and copywriting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with founders and team members to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to grow and develop as a creative professional.
