Job Title: Reservations Executive

We are seeking a motivated and skilled reservations professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality start-up, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end reservations across various channels.

  • Manage reservations through online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reservations/front office in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of PMS and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
