Job Description

The role of a Staff Data Engineer involves designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data platforms. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements, and customer experience orchestration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP or similar data platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Adobe Certified Expert in Real-Time CDP is a plus
  • Migration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8 will be added advantage
