Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a developer with extensive experience in designing and building full stack web applications, preferably in public and private cloud environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to complex technical spaces are essential.

This role involves partnering with senior business and product leadership to drive innovation and excellence. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for producing accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications, delivering customer value through high-quality software components and services, and proactively identifying new technologies to create scalable implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and designs for software components and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment towards business goals and objectives.
  • Advise and train team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.
  • Identify and propose new technologies to achieve results and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in an engineering role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Java/Spring/Springboot, Python, NodeJS, React.Js, or current tech stack and programming language.
  • Strong problem-solving/logical reasoning skills.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Exposure to SQL, REST APIs.
