Senior Technical Lead with Java Script, React.js, java

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and expertise in JavaScript, react, and java. The role involves overseeing the development of web applications and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines and quality standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript, react, and java.

2. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

3. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define technical requirements, estimate project timelines, and prioritize tasks.

4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and functionality.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations for resolution, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

6. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in javascript, react, and java to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in javascript, react, and java programming languages.

2. Strong experience in designing and developing web applications using javascript frameworks like react.

3. Knowledge of restful apis, json, and asynchronous programming.

4. Expertise in database technologies such as mysql, mongodb, or postgresql.

5. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as git and ci/cd pipelines.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.

7. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.

Experience- 7 to 9 yrs

Location- Chennai
