Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent proof reading skills, with great attention to detail and strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

  • Verify that audio production meets quality expectations.
  • Confirm accurate storytelling through voice talent and text transcript synchronization.
  • Format text transcripts according to industry standards.
  • Review entire courses for perfect audio and visual synchronization.
  • Verify graphics meet approved storyboard requirements.
  • Check on-screen text formatting and spelling/grammar accuracy.
  • Ensure test keys are included for knowledge checks and quizzes.

Qualifications include Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience and 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis.
