Job Overview:

The Learning Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting high-quality learning experiences on the Canvas Learning Management System. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain engaging course content, ensuring it meets accessibility and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, aligning with instructional design specifications.
  • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents according to design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Create and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Edit content on Content Management System.
  • Conduct QA and QC reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Deliver projects on time, meeting high-quality benchmarks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by offering ideas and solutions for process enhancement.
Required Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Canvas LMS and its features.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
