Job Description

The Operations Technical Learning Specialist role focuses on designing and executing internal learning programs to support business strategies within the Operations department. This position will collaborate with management, product managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create scalable solutions and quantifiable metrics that demonstrate a change in behavior or lift.

Key responsibilities include developing training content and facilitating a "world-class" training experience using proven advanced instructional design and adult learning skills. The specialist will also be responsible for assessing program effectiveness, analyzing reports and documentation, and implementing competitive learning methodologies and delivery methods that boost adult learning engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate should have excellent facilitation skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. A strong ability to analyze reports and documentation is also crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is mandatory. Experience with Articulate 360, Salesforce (Service Cloud), Webex, Camtasia, and/or SharePoint is preferred but not required.
