Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead our team in designing and executing research projects that deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored research solutions.
  2. Develop and review questionnaires and survey designs, ensuring they meet the required standards and deliver valuable insights.
  3. Analyze data to uncover key trends and patterns, presenting findings in clear and compelling reports and presentations.
  4. Mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in quantitative market research, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
