Job Overview

A skilled professional is sought to lead the management of a club, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate events, workshops, and client visits; develop an annual activity calendar and track progress.
  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as primary point of contact between the club, stakeholders, vendors, and members; maintain minutes of meetings and follow-up on agreed points.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate staff; ensure adherence to uniform policy and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in managing club budgets, sponsorships, and resource allocation for events; coordinate with management for approvals or procurement.
  • Membership Development: Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment; address concerns, complaints, or suggestions to strengthen member relationships and improve club services.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the club operates in compliance with health regulations, including sanitation standards, emergency protocols, and staff certification.
  • Program & Event Planning: Strategically plan and oversee fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events that cater to diverse member interests and goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting.
