Job Title: Business Analyst - Data Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead our data integration efforts.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to meet business needs.

A strong understanding of data integration concepts, including data mapping, data transformation, and data quality is essential.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with offshore teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

In addition, you will be responsible for providing status updates to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
