Executive/Assistant Product Launch Manager

We are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to Indian consumers.
The Marketing team for our category of Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments is looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include supporting the marketing roadmap, assisting in product development aligned with business goals, conducting market research, developing product concepts, executing marketing plans, coordinating product launches, creating briefs for packaging and digital, managing projects, and collaborating with teams.
A postgraduate degree with 4+ years of experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG is required. Strong functional marketing knowledge, out-of-the-box thinking, high initiative and ownership, creativity, passion, flexibility and persistence are also essential. Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills are necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and competitor analysis. They should be able to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
