Job Description

This role involves tracking order status, managing time and attendance calendars, and resolving issues proactively to ensure smooth production operations.

The successful candidate will review production artworks, manage UPC ticket approvals, and collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to guarantee seamless execution.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings, maintaining accurate shipping documents for warehousing and accounting, and identifying bottlenecks to recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in retail or manufacturing merchandising is essential, along with 5 years of experience in production or operations analysis.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and BI tools, are necessary.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are required, as well as high attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
