Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Chief Manager. This position will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our banking services meet the highest standards.

  • In this capacity, you will assist the Branch Manager in providing leadership and direction to the team. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and supervising customer service representatives, head tellers, and other staff members.
  • You will conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to employees. Additionally, you will work closely with management to achieve profit, performance, and customer service goals.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be to oversee banking services, including customer service, to ensure that we maintain a high level of excellence. You will also be responsible for reviewing and managing staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable and equitable.
