Job Title: Project Lead - Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee multiple projects in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion and quality of installation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical due diligence and knowledge of local authority approvals processes
  • Review of drawings and BOQ, planning project milestones, procurement
  • Presentation to the business team

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, commercial experience, and excellent communication abilities. Experience as a project management professional with 2-4 years in the workspace fit-out industry is essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover. They will also conduct constructability reviews and implement mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in team management, client-centric operations, and research skills. A preferred background from D&B or coworking space is advantageous.
