Project Lead

Transform Business Outcomes through Strategic Project Execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering complex projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and maintaining adherence to project governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and successful completion of initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and addressing concerns in a proactive manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, leveraging collective expertise to overcome challenges and achieve shared objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and disseminate project status reports, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
  • Escalate risks and issues promptly, facilitating resolution and minimizing impact on project deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on strategic execution and business outcome transformation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, driving collective success and achieving shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level IT systems, preferably within Procure-to-Pay or ERP integration domains.
  • Knowledge of Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems and their integration points.
