Account Receivable Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Receivable Specialist to join our organization in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up with patients on outstanding payments, and ensuring accurate billing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to ensure timely payments.
  • Verify insurance information and ensure correct billing procedures are followed.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and payments received.
  • Collaborate with the billing department to ensure smooth processing of claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients regarding their accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing is preferred.
  • Any graduation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing procedures and insurance claims process.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
