Job Title: HVAC Systems Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Designer to join our team. As an HVAC Systems Designer, you will be responsible for designing and preparing working drawings for HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Design accurate HVAC working drawings per project standards;">
  • Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts;">
  • Resolve technical issues with site teams;">
  • Maintain ISO documentation and drawing logs;">
  • Support quantity take-offs and drawing approvals;">
  • Monitor productivity and assist in QA/QC processes;">
  • Identify additional work and inform the Project Manager;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles (chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, smoke control);">
  • Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements;">
  • Proficient in HVAC calculations and software (e.g., HAP);">
  • Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks is a plus;">
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills;">
  • Understanding of related MEP systems;">
  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;">
  • HVAC training certification preferred;">
