Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project leader to oversee our projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand detailed drawings of all disciplines and identify potential execution risks.
  • Review work orders, BOQs, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive project schedules highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure that all quality and timeline requirements are met.
  • Provide technical inputs and instructions to the site supervisor.
  • Keep customers informed of project progress and ensure timely site updates.
  • Bridge the gap between designers and customers during the project execution stage.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, and share weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong project management/engineering/architecture background with 6+ years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of site execution for home renovations and ability to assess design feasibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Prior experience in project management/operations is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong data analysis skills are required.
