Public Health BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to deliver detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in using Revit & Navisworks, with a strong understanding of drainage, water supply, stormwater, and fire protection services. Additionally, they should possess basic design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Closing collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensuring model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintenance of BIM workflow processes, oversight of project deadlines, and timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects highly preferred.
  • Decent knowledge about Drainage,Water Supply,Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services an added advantage.
