About this role:

As a key member of our integration team, you will play a crucial part in delivering seamless, scalable API integrations that empower clients with real-time travel solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end API integrations: Ensure high-performance, reliable, and scalable API connections for new and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Support integration processes across all phases, including commercial and IT teams.
  • Define integration requirements: Clearly communicate technical and non-technical audiences about integration needs.
  • Maintain integration roadmaps: Enhance integration plans for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor integration performance: Identify areas for improvement and lead optimisation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations within the travel industry.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
