Campaign Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage multi-channel campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying end-to-end campaign workflows across various platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Manage targeting, segmentation, and personalization for optimal campaign outcomes.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize data models and query capabilities (SQL) to create targeted customer segments. Leverage behavioural, transactional, and demographic data for effective audience building.
- Personalization & Templates: Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights for optimization. Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign campaign execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
- Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
- Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
- Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting & campaign optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
