Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

This is a senior role responsible for building and deepening relationships with high net worth customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will be able to provide professional customer service, manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition, and achieve stability of book.

Additionally, they will be responsible for generating new business, achieving defined targets, and ensuring coverage of the customer base in accordance with approved contact plans.

The successful candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree, consistent academic career, and at least 2-5 years of sales experience.

They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, as well as banking knowledge and management information skills.
