As a seasoned M&A and Strategy Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy. Your expertise in executing cross-border deals, particularly in auto-components and allied sectors, will be invaluable to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute inorganic growth strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Proactively identify M&A, JV, or partnership opportunities that enhance technological capability, market access, or operational leverage.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with investment banks, consultants, legal advisors, and target companies.

Job Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking in manufacturing/automotive.
  • Strong track record of executing cross-border deals, especially in auto or allied sectors.
  • Deep understanding of financial valuation, transaction structuring, and integration planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institution; engineering background preferred.
  • Exposure to regulatory environments (India, EU, US).
