Job Title: Team Lead - Client Engagement

About the Role:
  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Management:
    1. Act as primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
    2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  2. Team Supervision:
    1. Supervise and guide a team of professionals during US shift hours.
    2. Mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Operations Oversight:
    1. Ensure efficient process execution and identify areas for improvement.
    2. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and SOPs.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    1. Evaluate call quality and compliance with company policies.
    2. Coordinate with QA teams for audits and corrective actions.
  5. Reporting & Analytics:
    1. Analyze daily metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
    2. Use data-driven decision-making to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in US shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to drive performance and deliver results-oriented solutions.
