Business Analyst Trainee

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Trainee. This role is critical in supporting the smooth operation of our sales and renewals processes by providing valuable insights, administrative support, and coordination assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing data analysis support by examining incoming data, quotes, etc.
  • Assisting with finance, sales, and renewals-related activities, including coordinating with senior consultants to establish sales & renewal business exhibits in online quoting tools.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, business analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
