Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and oversee daily operations at a manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will have experience in production management, metal-oriented product manufacturing, or similar industries.

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
  • Develop production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets on time.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff across all facility departments.
  • Conduct inspections to monitor performance, equipment condition, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition and minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for raw material supply, logistics, and timely delivery of finished goods.
  • Prepare and present regular production performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting; background in machinery, metal products highly desired.
  • Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially for process troubleshooting and production improvement.
