**Job Overview:**

The Area Development Manager role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue optimization in the accommodation and entertainment sector.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**

  • Develop a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with potential partners and clients.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with key accounts, providing accurate and timely information to support specification and documentation needs.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with REVIT or CAD programs.
  • Relevant experience in a similar industry, preferably with a focus on business development and growth strategies.
