**Job Overview:**
The Area Development Manager role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue optimization in the accommodation and entertainment sector.
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
- Develop a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue goals.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with potential partners and clients.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with key accounts, providing accurate and timely information to support specification and documentation needs.
**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with REVIT or CAD programs.
