Job Title: Business Development Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our HRMS Software.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies to generate leads.
- Sales Process & Management: Conduct needs analysis, deliver product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Relationship Building & Account Management: Build strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with the implementation team.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in HR software.
- Strong understanding of the HR landscape and industry trends.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
