Transactional Quality Manager/International Voice Process

Job Description

Hiring for a high-performing Transactional Quality Manager to drive continuous improvement in quality delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international voice processes, strong people management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include managing call quality and client-related KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of transaction quality interventions, and strengthening quality management processes.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for accurately capturing SLA/SLO metrics, reporting needs of all clients, and setting up/customizing processes to meet client expectations.

Additional duties include generating and implementing out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives, driving process control and compliance, and providing crisp and specific feedback to front-line recruitment teams on quality of new hires.

Required Skills and Qualifications

People Management Skills: Ability to drive initiatives to closure and deal with all levels of employees.

Ability to Drive Initiatives: Strong leadership, direction, and motivation to build high-performing teams.

Excellent Communication Skills: Data handling and data interpretation skills are necessary.

Process Orientation: Planning, decision-making, data handling, ability to prioritize, and meeting deadlines under pressure.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Trained/Certified: Green Belt certification is a plus.
