Social Responsibility and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Responsibility and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Workforce Staffing department, you will play a critical role in driving social responsibility and compliance mechanisms across Asia-Pacific countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Work backward from customers to design, deploy, and scale social responsibility and compliance mechanisms for workforce staffing.
- Regularly visit field locations, vendor offices, and interact with candidates to understand their needs.
- Conduct proactive internal social responsibility audits on a regular schedule.
- Teach and train WFS field team members on SR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to define and implement vendor recruitment policies.
- Lead change initiatives and projects through to completion.
- Review and reimagine hiring processes, implementing changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze business metrics and surface insights to leadership for high-quality decision-making.
- Conduct market intelligence studies to gather insights on job markets and vendor landscapes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and laws via regular audits, reviews, and corrective measures.
